Programme Manager – Lincoln

Lincoln Based – Hybrid and may require travel to other Client sites as needed

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in leading complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring successful planning, execution, and handover while aligning with business goals and timelines.

 

The Role:

Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Work closely with Infrastructure and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and technical execution Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align key milestones and outcomes with wider transformation initiatives Act as the main point of contact for programme-related activities, updates, and challenges Establish and maintain programme governance (risk management, change control, and performance monitoring) Provide weekly status reports to the Transformation Program Manager, highlighting progress and risks Ensure compliance with technical, security, and regulatory requirements.

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 8 years experience in programme management, focusing on technical project delivery. Experience in Retail and Infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP) Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and similar tools Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure is an advantage
