Your role: As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex programmes consisting of multiple interconnected projects. You will lead programme teams in gathering and translating business requirements into clear operational and business plans. Working closely with Project Managers, you will ensure that all project interdependencies are understood and managed effectively to deliver the entire programme on time, within budget, and without impacting customer service.

What will we do together?

Manage the successful delivery of programmes and large-scale, complex projects with high visibility both internally and externally. Lead programme teams in defining business requirements and translating them into actionable operational and strategic plans, Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project interdependencies are clearly understood and effectively managed, enabling on-time delivery within budget and without compromising customer service, Provide strong and effective stakeholder management, balancing competing priorities and expectations, Ensure all assigned projects and programmes are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and aligned with agreed service standards and business objectives, Oversee the allocation of project resources and ensure the appropriate skill levels are in place to support successful delivery and long-term business growth, Ensure the timely and effective completion of all key project milestones, including readiness reviews and risk assessments, Proactively identify and manage risks throughout the entire project lifecycle—from procurement through to transition into steady-state operations—while keeping stakeholders and the broader business informed of progress and potential challenges.

Who are we looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project and programme management roles, Strong business English skills (spoken and written), Ability to lead and manage cross-country, multicultural teams, Flexibility and willingness to work in multiple countries, Experience with project management methodologies; Experience with change management frameworks; Professional project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level C or B, PMI PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes, Management of Portfolios), Experience in operational management roles – nice to have.
