Programme Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within timelines and budget constraints.Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered with quality and meet stakeholder expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.Mentor and coach team members to enhance project management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
