Role’s mission

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join our Global PMO to help shape its future, spearhead end-to-end transformation initiatives as well as lead the planning and delivery of high impact projects alongside multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key outcomesLead with impact as a trusted partner to Operations, Product, Technology and Commercial leaders by understanding their interdependencies and ensure alignment on business outcomes.Plan, implement and deliver assigned programmes through their full lifecycle following the Global PMO Framework.Embed governance frameworks to ensure that scope, budget and timelines are successfully achieved.Build standardized reports and dashboards with clear metrics to monitor progress and report to senior collaborators.Solve problems by assessing project performance and identify areas for improvement by challenging and balancing inputs and inter-dependencies.Identify and manage constraints and risks with appropriate mitigations to ensure programmes are completed with maximum efficiency to deliver the defined outcomes and business value.Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.Be an inspirational line manager, driving performance improvement and continuous improvement

Key CapabilitiesMinimum 8 years of project/programme management experience.Demonstrable project management experience of shaping and delivering multi-regional transformation projects.Possesses full business proficiency in English and Portuguese with intermediate Spanish.Previous experience working within a multicultural business environment and developing solid working relationships with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures.Expert knowledge on Project Management methodologies and tools (Hybrid, Waterfall, Agile etc)Has obtained at least one of the following certifications: MSP, PMI PMP, Prince2 Practitioner.Proven track record successfully delivering transformation programmes, achieving pre-defined and tangible results.Collaborative and coaching-orientated to spur change and enhance performance within a cross-functional matrix environment to achieve common business outcomes.Ability to understand the business and strategic goals in relation to the managed programmes.Proven leadership of project managers and project teams with prior managerial skills.Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
