**Overview**
We are looking for a superstar **Programme Manager** who will play a critical role in help driving process efficiency and identify synergies across multiple and complex creative platforms for our Flagship account.
You will join an international team of highly motivated individual who thrive and collaborate to deliver world class creative solutions and campaigns for one of the most loved and awarded brand..
**Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities:**
+ You’ll be our internal operations orchestrator, a natural problem solver and the one with a full high level overview of all our deliverables who can restore calm and control when chaos tries to kick in.
+ You are the go to for our internal multidisciplinary teams, the one with an eye on timing, status and next steps of project and always up to speed with project related financials.
+ You’ll run our weekly Progress meeting and be in charge or the overall master timing plan. You’ll be the firstto raise flags (resources/budget burn/timing challenges) or spot opportunities in terms of process simplification, efficiencies and synergies across different projects
+ You’ll be our internal operations orchestrator, a natural problem solver and the one with a full high level overview of all our deliverables who can restore calm and control when chaos tries to kick in.
+ You are the go to for our internal multidisciplinary teams, the one with an eye on timing, status and next steps of project and always up to speed with project related financials.
+ in charge of designing and updating a master timing plan (internal) to pull all projects timing together and identify clashes while also spotting opportunities for synergies and efficiencies.
+ In charge of driving the Monthly Financial report by supporting CSDs in ensuring all teams timesheet are logged and burn reports are finalised
+ Leading weekly team status meetings in an efficient and agile way, highlighting key actions and take out.
**Qualifications**
**Essentials Skills and experience:**
+ 6+ years experience in Project management within Creative or marketing companies
+ Ability to coordinate actions across a large multidisciplinary team, across multiple offices
+ Experience with Project management and Financials tools (Monday/PowerBI)
+ you are natural problem solver who doesn’t just spot a problem, but helps providing a smart solution
+ you are a team player, always ready to step in and support
+ You are truly passionate about making great work, but feels the responsibilities to help making the journey/process as enjoyable and worthy.
