ROLE SUMMARY
The Program Manager steers the company’s SAP S/4HANA transformation, aligning business, IT, and Oerating Companies teams behind a single roadmap. They own the master schedule, risk-mitigation plans, and executive reporting that keep milestones on track. By promoting transparent collaboration, they ensure issues are resolved quickly and value is delivered on time.

ROLE PROFILE

Build and maintain an integrated project plan that covers all work-streams and inter-dependencies.Track progress, analyse variances, and publish clear dashboard KPIs for leadership.Enforce governance standards—templates, meeting cadences, and approval gates—across all Operating Companies.Coordinate resource allocations with central PMO, business leads, and IT to remove bottlenecks.Surface critical risks early and drive cross-functional resolution.Prepare crisp status decks and decision memos for C-suite stakeholders.Champion a culture of openness, accountability, and knowledge-sharing among global project teams.Support quality-assurance reviews to confirm solution readiness before each deployment wave.

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years managing large technology programmes, including 6+ years in PMO or programme-lead roles.Proven success delivering multi-country ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.Expert in project-management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile) with a recognised certification.Strong communicator able to influence executives and virtual teams across time zones.
