Currently an exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a Programme Integration Manager - Quantum to join our team in Budapest.
In this role you will support our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will ensure flawless end-to-end process integration across SAP modules and interfacing systems by collaborating with business process owners, functional leads, and project stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving multi-functional alignment, identifying integration points, and ensuring business scenarios are supported across systems.
Key Accountabilities:
Own Functional Integration Across Workstreams:
Identify and manage end-to-end business process flows that span across SAP modules (e.g.Source-to-Pay, Materials Management) and external systems.
Serve as the main point of contact for multi-functional integration requirements and issues.
Coordinate Multi-functional Collaboration:
Facilitate integration workshops with business and functional leads to align on data flows, business rules, and process touchpoints.
Work closely with technical integration teams to ensure business requirements are properly translated into integration designs.
Drive Integration Planning and Design:
Develop and maintain the functional integration blueprint, including mapping of interdependencies and sequencing of process hand-offs.
Validate integration scenarios and process designs during fit-gap, solution design, and testing phases.
Support Testing and Validation:
Oversee end-to-end and integration testing efforts from a process perspective.
Collaborate with testing leads and business users to validate integration outcomes and support defect resolution.
Ensure Change Readiness and Communication:
Help prepare the business for integrated process changes by supporting training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Promote understanding of new integrated processes and facilitate knowledge transfer between teams.
Governance and Risk Management:
Participate in integration governance forums, raising key multi-functional risks, dependencies, or scope gaps.
Ensure business alignment with integration decisions and document key assumptions and process flows.
Essential Experience & Job Requirements:
Suitably qualified professional with degree or similar education background.
Passion and experience in capturing business requirements and improving processes and systems.
General understanding of systems deployment activities.
Ability to work and collaborate within a virtual global team environment.
Ability to prioritise effectively for yourself and the team.
5+ years of experience in deploying large programs of work.
Ability to learn and be the authority on template solutions.
Ability to formulate and solve problems.
Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery teams.
Good understanding of Integrated Oil Company businesses.
Experience with SAP and associated SaaS products (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass, etc.) and their Procurement applications.
Able to communicate across different levels of the organization; strong relationship building and influencing skills.
