Contribute to promote the Ministry Quality in World Vision DRC through (1) a regular monitoring of the program/project implementation at APs and cluster levels, (2) the control of project implementation compliance with World Vision standards, (3) Highlighting the performance and impacts achieved by the programs / projects

Technical leadership: Monitoring and evaluation :
