An employer is looking to add a Programmatic Supply Specialist to their team. The Programmatic Supply Specialist will lead their CTV supply partnerships and support a broader programmatic inventory strategy across the companys many digital channels. This role will focus on identifying high-value supply opportunities, activating strategic deals, and collaborating across teams to deliver strong campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong follow-through, curiosity, and a drive to build. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving and a genuine interest in shaping the future of programmatic media, especially in the rapidly evolving CTV space.

Skills and Requirements
2-4 years of programmatic account management or relevant digital ad sales experience
Operational experience managing CTV deal IDs within the industrys leading DSPs/SSPs
Strategic understanding of the CTV landscape, including key players, inventory models, and market trends
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-informed approach to strategy Pre-existing relationships with leading CTV publishers, AVOD services, OEM platforms
Operational experience in The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360, Nexxen DSP
Demonstrated track record of leading successful company-wide supply initiatives null
