If you are seeking an innovative, people-obsessed, diverse, and inclusive team dedicated to shaping progress, we are a perfect match for each other. **Overview** In this function, you work within the media team of Publicis Groupe and more specifically you’re part of an incredible expert group that is responsible for video (TV, cinema & OLV) & audio (radio & OLA) buying. In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to help and support them with your knowledge of the media landscape, insights, buying skills and tools. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case. You are a star in campaign management: You set-up your campaign in different DSP’s or follow the results of direct buying in the adserver. You make and defend basic & intelligent tactical plans. You are responsible to achieve the estimated buying performances for a client. You make smart reports. You dare to challenge a brief depending on the KPI. You present and defend results and recommendations. You define learnings and act on them. You actively participate to internal meetings and to meetings with our partners. You can conduct and understand relevant analysis of the landscape, or a client’s eco-system. You build an excellent professional relation with our media partners. You are open & motivated to continuously adapt & learn. You are ready to take under your wing less experienced profiles. You have an excellent knowledge of the video and display landscape. You are autonomous in your day-to-day work. You are comfortable with DV360 and at least one other DSP and also able to use tools such as Double Verify, IAS, Campaign Manager (floodlights check, audience management, troubleshooting) and Google Looker. You are an explorer of new technologies in a strong moving world. You are open to learn direct buying. You have negotiation skills (deals and offer with our partners) You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
