**Overview**
Zenith International is seeking a passionate and strategic **Programmatic Director** to lead digital excellence for the global H&M account. This role involves overseeing full-funnel programmatic activation across Display, Video, YouTube, and High-Impact formats, managing a team, and ensuring best-in-class campaign delivery. You’ll partner with top-tier talent across planning, data, and performance marketing in a fast-paced, international environment. Reporting to the Programmatic Business Director, you will champion innovation and drive measurable impact through flawless execution and team leadership. If you're a results-driven programmatic expert with strong analytical and leadership skills, this is your opportunity to work with a world-renowned fashion brand.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead strategic execution across all programmatic campaigns, ensuring flawless activation and delivery against KPIs
+ Oversee trafficking, tagging, brand safety, QA processes, and optimization practices
+ Manage two Programmatic Managers, ensuring growth, knowledge-sharing, and effective delegation
+ Act as a trusted advisor in client meetings and performance reviews
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to drive full-funnel media efficiencies
+ Contribute to forecasting, performance decks, and training frameworks
+ Deliver financial accuracy, budget tracking, and regional revenue targets
+ Champion innovation and process improvement initiatives across the agency
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience in programmatic media within an agency or platform ecosystem
+ Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and the global media landscape
+ Strong people management and mentoring experience
+ Strategic thinker with a track record of commercial growth delivery
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
+ Organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
