**Description:**
As the Technical Solutions Manager you will serve as the technical backbone of our campaign operations, ensuring smooth activation, accurate measurement, and rigorous adherence to best practices across all programmatic and digital media buys.
This is a a critical role in bridging the gap between strategy, media execution, and technology. Sitting within the digital operations team, this role will provide hands-on support across the full campaign lifecycle—from activation to post-campaign analysis—ensuring all campaigns are technically sound, measurable, and optimized for success.
This person will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of our media campaigns by implementing robust tracking solutions, troubleshooting live issues, and proactively enforcing best practices. They will serve as a key point of contact between our trading team, analytics, and platform partners to reduce operational inefficiencies, minimize risk of errors, and ultimately drive stronger media performance and client trust.
As digital media becomes more complex and data-driven, this role is essential to maintaining operational excellence at scale, while freeing up traders and account leads to focus on higher-value strategic work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Campaign Support & Activation
+ Provide hands-on technical support during campaign setup and trafficking, particularly in DV360 and other programmatic or social platforms.
+ Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, floodlights, and tagging across campaigns.
+ Collaborate with trading teams to troubleshoot delivery or setup issues in real-time.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
+ Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues such as low delivery, tag mismatches, ad collision, brand safety violations, and viewability problems.
+ Work cross-functionally with platforms, vendors, and internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve campaign-related issues efficiently.
Attribution & Measurement
+ Ensure accurate setup of tracking and conversion measurement across tools like Campaign Manager, GA4, DV360, and social platforms.
+ Support in reconciling discrepancies across platforms and investigating attribution gaps.
+ Provide clear documentation and technical consultation on measurement strategy.
Best Practices & Quality Assurance
+ Enforce compliance with internal SOPs, platform policies, and client-specific requirements.
+ Conduct periodic audits of live campaigns to ensure proper naming conventions, tracking, and inventory selection are followed.
+ Maintain a checklist and provide recommendations to improve campaign hygiene and performance consistency.
Innovation & Enablement
+ Stay up to date with new platform features and beta tools, and share learnings with the broader team.
+ Provide enablement to internal teams through documentation, training, and 1:1 support sessions.
+ Actively contribute to developing internal frameworks, templates, and automated QA processes.
**Qualifications**
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Media & Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business with a specialization or coursework in digital media, advertising, or marketing technology.
+ 3–5 years of experience in a technical operations, ad tech, or digital media role.
+ Proficiency in platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and similar.
+ Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and data discrepancies across platforms.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Bonus points:
+ Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or Python for data troubleshooting and reporting automation.
+ Previous experience in media agency, ad tech vendor, or publisher-side technical support.
+ Knowledge of server-to-server tracking and privacy-compliant measurement practices.
