Overview We are seeking a versatile and analytical Programmatic & Performance Manager to join our Performance Media team in Singapore. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both executional precision and strategic thinking. The candidate will split responsibilities between hands-on programmatic campaign management and strategic performance planning, ensuring seamless execution and optimization across the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion and retention. Key Responsibilities: Programmatic Trading Translate brief and media strategy into programmatic activation plans. Build and launch campaigns across DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform, etc.). Daily monitoring of campaign pacing, performance, and delivery, including optimizations based on performance signals (e.g. CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS). Deliver weekly and post-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings. Partner with 3rd-party verification vendors (e.g., MOAT, IAS) to ensure viewability and brand safety. Liaise with platform reps to unlock innovation and troubleshoot delivery issues. Performance Planning Translate business objectives into performance-driven media strategies. Develop cross-channel media plans (Programmatic, Search, Social, YouTube, Display, Affiliates). Lead campaign briefings and performance reviews with client stakeholders. Provide proactive recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Leverage audience insights to inform media, creative, and targeting strategies. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in programmatic trading, with digital media planning will be advantageous. Proficiency in DSPs like DV360, TTD, Adform, or Xandr. Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers. Experience with full-funnel strategy and campaign execution. Comfortable with data analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting. Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence. Experience in verticals such as eCommerce, Travel, BFSI, or Telco is a plus.
