The Advanced Account Specialist is a key partner in providing support for the Programmatic Sales and Account Management team. While efficiently communicating cross functionally, this position will partner with Sales and Account Management as they monitor and build programmatic deals to ensure the proper elements are received and executed as intended. They will ensure accuracy and communicate with the Ad Operations and Product Management Team about optimization, resolve any concerns around implementation, technology pacing and performance based on the campaigns that have been escalated from the Sales team. They will provide post-campaign reporting and analysis as well as serve as a cross functional liaison that require an escalation path.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience for our programmatic deals.
Partner with Account Managers to understand client marketing objectives to help work on programmatic recommendations as part of the larger overall multiscreen campaign.
Manage programmatic campaigns from start to finish and oversee campaign accuracy and performance to flag to Account Management team. This includes deal intake accuracy, correct implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, delivery, pacing and that KPIs are aligned with expectations.
Work cross functionally with Operations team to ensure correct set up and execution has been implemented and to troubleshoot campaigns.
Liaison with key cross functional partners (Ad Operations, the Product team, and Yield Management) to institute optimization tactics and campaign compliance as well as communicate changes, enhancements, and progress to Sales and Account Management where necessary.
Show solid understanding of product capabilities and be able to troubleshoot and maximize inventory usage to ensure optimized delivery.
Partner with Account Managers to review and evaluate campaign effectiveness helping to drive account strategy for retaining clients and positioning new business.

Required Qualifications
Must have experience managing Programmatic campaignsEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications with overarching skill to translate data, information, and research into powerful points of view—ability to craft and tell a compelling storyEffective communication skills and attention to detail in a faced paced sales environment Familiarity with and experience in digital marketing; understanding of online campaign development, metrics, and optimization strategiesAbility to decipher between client needs, for example, ‘branding’ campaigns VS ‘call to action’ and the difference between those schedulesFamiliarity with writing rationales and/or agency POVs (“point of views”)Demonstrated understanding of reach and frequency when measuring campaignsAn analytical mindset that identifies solutions based in dataEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience: Media sales campaign management (1-2 years), Programmatic experience, experience reviewing digital advertising campaign performance and execution. The base pay for this position generally is between $54,960.00 and $75,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
