If you see yourself as someone who never stops learning and who wants to unleash your potential, the IBM Consulting Associates Program is for you. **Your role and responsibilities** * Accompany and support the planning, development and curation project routine for the evolution of virtual assistants by voice and text, using artificial intelligence (AI) services. Learning to carry out analyses of conversation volumes in text and voice service channels; gathering requirements, business rules and microservices involved in designing flowcharts (considering logic, phrasing and experience); modelling intentions and entities; developing and testing conversational flows; * Accompanying meetings with business and technical areas; * Supporting the documentation of the language guide and tone of voice and technical documentation of the virtual assistant, considering the particularities of the service channels involved; * Learning to analyse data and manipulate conversation logs for continuous improvement of virtual assistants, using Python and/or tools for testing and debugging APIs such as Insomnia, to refine flows, intentions, entities and responses; * Learning to generate, analyse and identify insights in reports and dashboards with virtual assistant performance indicators; **Required technical and professional expertise** * Participation in virtual assistant development or evolution projects; * Experience or interest in curation and conversation planning processes (conversational UX); * Programming in Python; * Code versioning with Git; * Courses related to Artificial Intelligence services; **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Intermediate level of English.
