Program Team Lead - Mercy of Care
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** The Mercy of Care (MOC) Team Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing service delivery to shelter guests, particularly those with acute behavioral health needs. This role ensures effective program implementation, compliance with policies, and alignment with best practices to support guests in achieving housing stability and long-term well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership and Coordination:** Work closely with the assigned Supervisor to optimize the delivery and impact of MOC services. + **Support for Specialists:** Provide guidance and support to MOC Housing and Behavioral Health Support (HBHS) Specialists in managing caseloads and connecting individuals to housing and social services. + **Policy Implementation:** Ensure timely and effective implementation of PMHS policies and procedures and monitor compliance. + **Guest Advocacy:** Ensure that shelter guests receive the necessary care, resources, and interventions to address behavioral health and housing needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** + Master's in human services and 1 year of related experience or Bachelor's in Human Services and 3 years of related experience. + Act 33/34/73 clearances + Pre-employment Drug Test Mainly Daylight hours 9am-5pm with some nontraditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) may be required to meet the needs of the program.
