Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference and have fun while doing it? We are on the hunt for a dynamic Program Success Early in Career Learning Strategy Manager who can create, pivot, and recreate with a smile! As a subject matter expert in Early in Career (EIC) programs, you'll partner to build, refine, and elevate our EIC learning and development initiatives. From internships and apprenticeships to post-offer engagement and full-time EIC development programs, you'll ensure consistency and excellence across the board and help provide support across a variety of strategic EIC programmatic projects.

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with business points of contact on program activities, providing continual feedback and iterations. Advise the business on the best course of action to meet their needs. Work with multiple departments to ensure consistency and partnership across all EIC programs. Share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to support aligned decision-making and build trusted partnerships. Develop and implement continuous feedback loops and agreed-upon standards. Co-create standards for business implementation of development programs (e.g., rotation programs). Support broader Early in Career initiatives by managing projects. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.6+ years of EIC programs/development experience focused on partnering deeply with the business     4+ years of project/program management experience   4+ years of experience in delivering executive level presentations   Experience in taking analytics and deriving insights   Ability to consult, influence and manage business expectations   Advise on a wide range of programming methods (examples include utilizing market intelligence, virtual & in person programming, internships, full-time programs, apprenticeships, etc.)   Experience leading/participating in early in career projects and programs   Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish   An active and data driven approach to problem solving    An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, with the ability to learn quickly    A passion for collaboration, working across teams, and delivering exceptional experiences   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
