It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make. **Job Posting Title** Program Solutions VP - Remote **Job Description** The Program Solutions VP is responsible for working with external and internal experts to synthesize market and competitive information that informs potential areas of opportunity to further evolve and advance Primes’ economic business model. Additionally, the role will work with consultants to consider new and adjacent markets that further expand Prime’s business footprint. The role will work closely with the President Business Transformation to identify external forums for engagement that assist in strategy development and will participate in internal Horizon 3 meetings focused on product and innovation to align short- and long-term strategies. **Responsibilities** + Provide enterprise-wide architectural leadership across strategic alternatives, including but not limited to financial, clinical, benefit design dimensions, and operational, ensuring alignment of resources, identification of interdependencies, and integration of program-level initiatives to drive economic business transformation + Collaborate with cross-functional and executive stakeholders (e.g. product development, clinical solutions, trade relations, network management, pricing and underwriting) to evaluate the long-term impact of strategies on existing and emerging lines of business; lead coordination of internal and external communications, strategic planning forums, conferences, and executive-level engagements + Represent Prime in high-visibility internal and external forums, including industry conferences, strategic planning sessions and partner engagements, to shape thought leadership and influence market direction + Deliver timely, data driven market intelligence and strategic insights to inform and guide Prime’s senior leadership decision-making; manage assessment, tracking, and strategies necessary to take advantage of market opportunities + Own the delivery of high-impact business outcomes, including risk mitigation, and prioritization of business objectives for initiatives, and alignment of program deliverables with corporate strategy; develop and present executive level briefings that articulate program vision, progress, risks and measurable success + Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required + 12 years of strategy development, project management or consultative experience within healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting to include 5 years of program management experience + Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship **Additional Qualifications** + Demonstrated strategic and conceptual thinking with advanced analytical capabilities to proactively identify and solve the most complex business challenges using innovative, data-driven approaches + Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, including executive leadership and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships that drive enterprise-wide alignment and outcomes + Exceptional ability to distill and communicate complex, high-impact concepts into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including executive and external forums + Recognized expertise in negotiation and influence, with a track record of shaping strategic direction and persuading key decision-makers across organizational and industry boundaries **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
