The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Program Scheduler Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the task management and execution of the Program’s site schedulers. This position ensures the delivery of detailed and accurate schedule reports and data sets with rapid turnaround times, leveraging expertise in work breakdown structures. The Lead is instrumental in guiding schedulers to develop, manage, and aggregate schedules from various contracts, and in preparing and explaining performance metrics in collaboration with Project Managers. Additionally, the role involves regular interaction with project teams, change managers, and service integrators to develop baseline schedules, updates, and recovery schedules. The Enterprise Program Scheduler Lead plays a crucial role in tracking and updating project schedules from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Leads an Enterprise Team of site schedulers to ensure and provide direction on the following deliverables and tasks:Routinely monitors and provides awareness of schedule milestones deliverables for all project phasesCreates, monitors, and analyzes project schedules in accordance with Government standards of best practiceOrganizes, implements, and maintains scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plansAssists to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduledInteracts with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignmentsMaintainsand assists with project scheduleInteracts with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from original planEvaluates project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areasAnalyzes critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-aroundDevelops and updates weekly short interval schedules working with project managers, engineers, and other Government stakeholdersSupports stakeholders to maintain timely and effective Change Management processes, procedures, and systemsConducts analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedulesAssists teams to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on program progressIdentifies and communicates significant schedule risks to staff and management teamDocuments identified project risks, mitigations, and outcomes based on input from team

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

An Active TS/SCI Clearance with PolygraphMinimum of 2 years of experiencewith Project Scheduling using Microsoft Project or similar Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) scheduling toolAbility to facilitate meeting with Program and Government personnelStrong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.Detail orientedExtensive knowledge of MS Product Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
