Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Program Quality Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our programs during development phases and after 6 months since SOP.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensures interface with the customer and internally with the other functions on quality matters.Identifying initial Program Quality objectives, developing quality management plans, and ensuring regular follow-up.Monitoring objective achievement through risk assessment based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, PPM, and more.Having the authority to halt any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.Approving Design Validation Plans and Production Validation Tests, ensuring completion according to program milestones.Leading the development and production process for measurement, checking, and testing fixtures and gauges.Defining control plans and ensuring conformity, perceived quality, and traceability of parts delivered to the customer.Manage APQP and 4M change activity ensuring the on time submission.Collaborating with Customer Quality resolving some issues and ensuring the project transfer to them after 6 months since SOP.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level 

Bachelors degree or above

Professional Experience

Minimum of three (3) years automotive experiences. (Preferable relating positions such as Plant Quality Engineer, Process Engineer etc)

Skills and competencies
