The Project Manager is responsible for leading a diverse team of stakeholders from multiple entities in the successful delivery of complex projects, from inception through final close-out, including the development and implementation of processes, procedures, strategy, execution plans, resource planning, risk management, and reporting tools. The Project Manager will lead the team in a dynamic and profitable manner based on Burns McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety and overall outstanding service.

What you will do

Lead the development and execution of overall strategic business initiatives to achieve goals and objectives provided by the client or Burns McDonnell.Provide leadership to the Project team; direct and coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team, and ensure the efficient and cost-effective utilization of staff.Responsible for management of Project budget and expenditure of funds.Achieve stated targets and standards for the Project financial performance.Present monthly financial information to leadership including project revenue forecasts.Support strategies for cross-selling engineering services across the organization.Attend weekly team coordination and monthly stakeholder meetings.Support monthly reporting requirements by assessing project risk, program status, and coordination with controls team for schedule and financial updates.
