Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached

Responsibilities
Operational Program Management
Will be a part of Site Program Management team which is a part of the CEO’s office
Person will report into India Operations & Strategy team lead, overall folding to India Operations head
Must have people/stakeholder management and an understanding of Employee Forums, R&R , formulating policies etc
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
Quickly develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners.
Support leadership in operational decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all organizational levels
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Ability to think top-down yet stay connected to details.
Work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service standards.
Strategic Initiatives
Drive multiple site wide employee engagement and cross functional operational projects
Lead or support site wide compliance, communications, employee success, infrastructure projects in collaboration with respective teams
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment
Required skills and qualifications5 to 7 years of experience
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Understanding of HR Process and policy formulation
Must be a Team Player
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in operational analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
MBA in HR or equivalent
Fluency with Program Management tools (Trello, asana, JIRA etc)
Familiarity with with Google Workspaces
