Program Pricing Manager
**I. Job Summary** Reporting to the Director, Revenue Management, the Smart Truck Program Lead provides program leadership for key aspects of company price plans and supporting all areas in the execution of their pricing objectives and profitable growth. This role will coordinate with key business stakeholders and help lead the execution and implementation of the Smart Truck program across the enterprise, while supporting continued efforts in identifying how to best leverage data and technology to help shape the future of WM Smart Truck. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** We're seeking a Program Manager to coordinate work across multiple teams, driving program success and revenue targets. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with Pricing, Sales, and Operations teams. **Core Responsibilities** Project Leadership + Coordinate and complete projects across Sales, and Revenue Management teams + Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress + Oversee stakeholder engagement on a portfolio of systems + Align operational support with program objectives + Create and maintain executive-level dashboards for program health Stakeholder Management + Lead standardization of processes to ensure success of revenue generating programs + Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand business requirements + Drive high levels of internal customer satisfaction + Identify and implement improvement opportunities Project Oversight + Monitor critical activities, resources, and timelines + Manage project progress meetings + Identify and mitigate project risks + Ensure adequate project support and benefits realization Documentation & Reporting + Develop and maintain program reporting tools + Monitor service and Key Metrics performance + Establish project standards, policies, and processes + Ensure alignment with program standards Desired Skills + Experience with PowerBI helpful + Strong project documentation abilities + Proven track record in user engagement and driving accountability for results + Excellence in process adherence and project planning This role offers the opportunity to drive significant impact across multiple teams while ensuring successful program delivery and revenue achievement. **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no direct supervisory duties. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Education and Experience + Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. + Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements + None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required + Strong analysis of moderately complex financial, statistical, and customer data within the waste industry + Demonstrated influential leadership and the ability to project manage day-to-day, long-term, and time sensitive responsibilities + Effective verbal and written communication + Must be authorized to work in the US. **V. The expected base pay range for this position across the US is $93,700 - $139,955. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
