We are looking for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis and identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention in critical areas.
Responsibilities:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasAdheres to and guides the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as DCMA and DECM metricsPerform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMRFacilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/Powerpoint
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degreeExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ProjectAble to work onsite in Clearfield, UT dailyAbility to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
