Our client, a national non-profit in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary Programs & Outreach Coordinator to support their team, starting ASAP!

About the Job:

Provide administrative support to the team through note taking, troubleshooting requests, and handling communications.Support customer service and respond to inquiries by phone and email while tracking activity in Salesforce.Promote program opportunities through cold calls and other outreach.Assist applicants with the process, process incoming applications, and update application records as needed.Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the Outreach and Programs team.

About You:

2+ years of relevant programmatic or customer service experience are required.Proficiency in MS Suite is required; Experience with Salesforce is a plus!Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.

About the Position:
