Job Summary:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Education and Experience:
MA/MS 10 Plus Years Experience ORBA/BS with 4 additional years relevant experience OR4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree.Essential Duties:
Use the Program Management Tool (PMT) to develop and manage Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs).Coordinate and prepare Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC's)Generation, route, and track Procurement Planning Agreements (PPAs).Manages Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) delivery timeliness and tracks Government deliverable evaluation timelines.Facilitates and tracks spend plans using Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), funding documents, and data calls associated with the Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS).Collect, organize, and analyze data relating to acquisition, requirements, budgets and program schedules>Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.Analyze and evaluate acquisition strategies and planning processes and provide input and recommendations.Facilitate and track spend plans, funding documents, and data calls associated with the PPBS.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Ability to effectively use MS Office Products and Adobe Pro. Experience with the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT), or Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLS), Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID).The projected salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
