Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager located in Bangaluru to lead the implementation and enhancement of the Xstore point-of-sale system for one of our largest athleisure clients. This role requires over five years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Program Manager will define project scope, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely execution within budget. They will coordinate resources across development, testing, architecture, and product teams to meet strategic goals. A key focus will be on process improvement, promoting best practices in software development and project delivery. The role also involves maintaining thorough documentation and providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
