As the Value Stream Leader (VSL), you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of important sustainment programs, supporting critical legacy product design / development / production. This role directly contributes to tangential Value Stream Leaders and is accountable for the overall performance of their assigned programs, team, and profit center. The VSL role combines these core responsibilities: delivering on financial commitments and ensuring successful execution across multiple programs. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
