Program Manager - UPMC Pinnacle Foundation
The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the Farm to Hospital program and support broader food insecurity initiatives that promote health equity, improved access to nutrition, and community wellness throughout UPMC Central PA. The Farm to Hospital program is a sustainable, year-round working farm on the UPMC Memorial campus. This initiative enhances the health and wellness of patients, employees, and the community by increasing access to fresh, nutritious foods and wellness education. In addition to managing this program, the Program Manager will also play a key role in developing and supporting initiatives that address food insecurity across UPMC Central PA, helping to ensure that individuals and families have consistent access to healthy food options. The Program Manager will oversee the growth and strategic direction of the Farm to Hospital program, manage grant funding opportunities, and collaborate with the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation team to support events and initiatives throughout the region. Responsibilities: + Oversee, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day functions of the Farm to Hospital program. + Develop and implement strategies to address food insecurity through community engagement, partnerships, and innovative food access solutions. + Monitor program productivity and evaluate impact on health outcomes and food access. + Collaborate with the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation team to expand both the Farm to Hospital program and food insecurity initiatives in alignment with UPMC’s mission. + Identify and pursue grant funding opportunities to support program growth and sustainability. + Conduct annual evaluations of program goals, identifying accomplishments and areas for improvement to inform strategic planning. + Ensure compliance with all program and institutional policies and procedures. + Provide or coordinate effective group training and individual supervision for program staff. + Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets. + Masters Degree in a human or behavioral health services field with a minimum of five years experience + or Bachelors and 7 years experience in human services or behavioral health setting. + At least two years supervisory experience preferred. + Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting with knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, family, individual and group treatment for business units specific to Behavioral Health. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** License in Social Work or Psychology preferred. + Act 34 **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
