Responsibilities Managing complex international projects in web content maintenance, digital production or eCommerce content factory operations. Knowledge of delivery model frameworks. Setup of new Clients, defining the operating model, process, briefing and communication workflow. Roll-out of new global Clients across each local market involved. Influence on the Client in the assessment, planning and management of related projects. Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and scope requirements. Being responsible for the financial results of the team - preparing forecasts and delivering on budget executions, monitoring projects’ profitability. Assigning projects across Client Service & Project Management teams, monitoring teams’ capacity. Monitoring projects’ progress, burndown and timely delivery. Troubleshooting & serving as an escalation point. Driving optimization & systematic improvements. Expertise in running projects with the application of Design System, Modular Content, Automation, DCO. Qualifications A minimum 3-year experience working on a similar position in an interactive agency or IT sector. Experience in managing digital projects (e.g. website development, commerce production). Excellent command of English, both spoken and written is a necessary prerequisite, as the job involves working in international environment. Excellent time & work organization, planning and attention to details. Conscientiousness, accuracy, commitment to projects. Collaborative mindset & good communication skills. Working experience with JIRA, AEM, Umbraco, Sharepoint, Sales Force and/or GA/GTM would be a plus. Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
