Description:The F-35 Maintenance Systems Hardware Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the ALIS to ODIN hardware modernization and delivery efforts. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, to ensure timely execution of program dependencies and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute hardware contracting strategies and proposal plans to achieve F-35 enterprise objectives, in coordination with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and internal functional teams.
Ensure effective execution of hardware contract scope, including:
Developing execution plans from hardware design through delivery
Establishing and managing contract baselines
Managing suppliers and ensuring on-time deliveries
Preparing internal and external reports, such as EPRS, program reviews, CDRLs, and CPARs
Coordinate internal program business rhythms, including program finance, contracts, business operations, and program planning, and report program execution and status to PMO Leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Program Management experience
Capture / Proposal Management experience
Experience working with matrix organizations for execution and proposing programs
Production or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of F-35 Program including knowledge of fifth generation fighter programs
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Proven track record of supporting large and complex systems development programs
Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy
Experience working with international and military customers
Be willing and able to travel as required
Active Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 years
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
