We're looking for a Program Manager, Senior, to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN). If you're a proven leader who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in national security, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the end-to-end management of a complex Task Order Program supporting NETTN, overseeing all technical, operational, and financial aspects.Serve as the primary point of contact with key government stakeholders—ensuring transparent communication, trust, and alignment on goals.Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to meet and exceed program performance objectives.Optimize program operations through continuous evaluation and innovation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Lead and mentor a diverse team of technical and administrative professionals, including subordinate managers.Drive program success by ensuring quality deliverables, adherence to schedules, and achievement of financial targets.Manage risk, resolve issues quickly, and ensure compliance with government and corporate standards.Lead proposal development, pricing, and business development efforts in support of growth initiatives.Oversee subcontractor performance, manage deliverables, and ensure cost control across all areas.Produce detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government clients.

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

7+ years of program management experience on large-scale IT or Cyber contracts valued at $150M+Active DoD Top Secret clearanceCurrent PMP certificationBachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field or equivalent years of experience

Preferred:

Experience managing large DoD IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiativesKnowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologiesBackground in exercise planning across multiple warfare domainsUnderstanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systemsMaster’s degree in STEM or management fieldExperience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboardsProven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirementsIn-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&MsFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
