Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives. Conduct knowledge transfer activities. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager overseeing complex projects across multiple areas of the business. 2+ years' experience supporting retail and/or e-commerce organizations. Experience supporting projects utilizing the Oracle Retail suite - i.e. RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE, etc. Experience driving cross-functional projects with significant leadership/executive visibility. Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of leadership. Confident and outgoing individual who is not afraid to drive change.
