Job Description
We're hiring for a Program Manager in Seattle, WA, with a background in the retail space and having worked with the Oracle Retail suite - i.e. RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE, etc. You will manage holistic program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead development and execution of program management documentation. Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives. Conduct knowledge transfer activities.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Program Manager overseeing complex projects across multiple areas of the business.
2+ years' experience supporting retail and/or e-commerce organizations.
Experience supporting projects utilizing the Oracle Retail suite - i.e. RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE, etc.
Experience driving cross-functional projects with significant leadership/executive visibility.
Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of leadership.
Confident and outgoing individual who is not afraid to drive change.
Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI, execution plan, milestones, risks etc. null
