Summary: In this key role, the Program Manager - RF, Mixed Signal Technologies will lead complex programs with an emphasis on new product development. They will lead talented cross-functional teams to develop innovative next-generation RF, Microwave and Mixed Signal solutions. Responsibilities: * Build programs over their full lifecycle for customers worldwide and leading a continuous improvement culture focused on employee engagement to drive business performance * Manage full program lifecycle - scope, schedule, cost, and quality - ensuring on-time, on-budget performance * Serve as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and program alignment * Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, estimates, risk registers, and status reports * Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and manage contractual documentation * Oversee resource planning, sub-contract management, and program P&L, ensuring margin targets are met * Drive risk mitigation, opportunity management, and continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate with business development to support follow-on and new business opportunities
