Job Title: Oil and Gas Reliability Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Reliability Manager to lead our Oil and Gas reliability team. As a Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring the integrity of our assets, equipment, and systems. Your primary focus will be on optimizing asset performance, reducing downtime, and improving overall reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Reliability Strategy Development*: Develop and implement reliability strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize asset performance and minimize downtime.
2. *Maintenance Management*: Manage maintenance activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
3. *Asset Integrity Management*: Develop and implement asset integrity management plans to ensure the integrity of assets, equipment, and systems.
4. *Reliability Analysis*: Conduct reliability analysis and failure mode analysis to identify potential failure modes and develop mitigation strategies.
5. *Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of reliability engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
6. *Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of reliability strategies.
Work Experience
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
2. *Experience*: Minimum 15-25 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management in the oil and gas industry, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role.
3. *Skills*:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with reliability analysis tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RBI)
