Program Manager People Tech
**About the Role** As a Program Manager for People Tech, you'll be a key player in enabling and optimizing the execution and delivery of exceptional cloud solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud Applications for the People Tech team. You'll collaborate closely with Product Leads, individual contributors, and business stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. This role is all about supporting the People Tech team in delivering and executing on product configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring these solutions effectively support and enable the business while considering best architecture practices, efficiency, scalability, and supportability. We're looking for a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, adaptable to change, and eager to drive operational excellence within a technical team. **What You Will Do:** + Serve as a point of contact for internal team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. + Serve as a key advisor to PeopleTech leadership. + Help diagnose problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and enable faster decision-making for the team. + Provide guidance and review throughout the delivery phase to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards by facilitating team collaboration and communication. + Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and continuously look for opportunities to improve the tech landscape for the People Tech team. + Build and leverage strategic relationships within the organization to navigate a complex matrix environment on behalf of and in support of the People Tech team. **Basic Qualifications:** + 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role supporting a technical product or engineering team. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Labor Relations, or a related field. + Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Expertise in identifying operational dependencies and strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting team-level issues. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. + Skilled at managing conflicting demands and performing well in complex situations. + Knowledge of the overall HR operations & technology ecosystem. + Broad business and technology knowledge with awareness of HR technology industry trends. + Experience using JIRA, Lucidchart, and other project management tools in the context of Agile delivery. + Excellent and clear written communication in all forms across emails, documents, slide decks (Preference working with Google Suite). + Experience influencing and collaboration with senior executives. + Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud or other HCM systems like Workday or ServiceNOW. For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year - USD$127,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year - USD$127,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
