Purpose of the Team: * Device Portfolio Assortment (Windows Consumer Category) Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream device portfolio assortment planning initiative. This role spans across Windows Business Marketing Group (BG), Consumer Sales Organization (CSO), Device Partner Sales (DPS), Silicon partners, and regional leads. You will be responsible for aligning stakeholders, managing the rhythm of business (ROB), maintaining a comprehensive project plan, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic assortment plans that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: Key Projects: Portfolio Assortment Rhythm of Business (ROB): * Manage and execute the ROB across CSO, DPS, BG, and regional teams * Drive key stakeholder meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action tracking * Consolidate and publish core content updates (e.g., presentations, scorecards, newsletters) * Identify, document, and coordinate additional resource needs (e.g., Partner/Field ready content, QA, trackers) Cross-Functional Program Management: * Lead and coordinate multi-workstream project teams across global stakeholders * Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies * Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress and blockers * Support rollout (materials and training) of new assortment frameworks, tools, or processes * Identify opportunities to streamline assortment planning workflows and tooling * Resolve project issues, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement Hero Device & Key Beats Performance Tracking: * Support tracking and analysis of Hero Device and Key Beats KPIs * Create executive-level dashboards and summaries that highlight progress, risks, and key decisions
