**Adecco is currently assisting a Client in their search to fill Program Manager Non IT positions located in Frisco, TX 75034** **Pay Rate: $68.48 /HR** **Shift: M-F 8am-5pm** **Position Summary:** · We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Agile Product Owner to lead initiatives in Product and Material Master Data, with a strong focus on SAP and GDSN integration. · This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and driving business value through agile delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** · Own and manage the product backlog for master data domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and stakeholder needs. · Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement. · Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development efforts. · Drive data quality, governance, and compliance across SAP and GDSN platforms. · Collaborate with IT, supply chain, commercial, and data governance teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of product and material data. · Serve as a key communicator and change agent, influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through transformation. · Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data (MDG, MM) and GDSN standards. · Proven success as a Product Owner in Agile environments. · Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. · Deep understanding of data governance, synchronization, and enterprise data architecture. · Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred. **Apply Today** to be considered for this **Hybrid Account Manager** job and any other positions with Adecco **.** **Pay Details:** $68.48 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
