Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Program Manager - Low Voltage Switchgear. This position offers a hybrid work schedule at our Arden, NC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance is able to be offered for qualified candidates in the United States.
This position is responsible for management of new product development for low-voltage switchgear within our Power Distribution and Control Division. The Program Manager manages the project planning, execution, scope, budget, risk, and issue tracking. This will include the use of a phase-gate process, Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA's), Multi-Generational Product Planning (MGPP), SIOP input, and industrialization. In addition, this position will assist engineering in product transitioning.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you’ll do:Project Leadership & Execution
Owns the Profit and Loss (P&L) for New Product Development (NPD) projects.Holds Responsibility, Authority, and Accountability (RAA) for delivering project scope within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), encouraging team input and resolving issues quickly.Provides performance feedback and monitors key indicators.
Planning, Communication & Risk Management
Sets project objectives and guides teams on customer concerns, scope changes, and risk assessments.Coordinates internal communications and cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches.Ensures use of standard program management processes, including PM reviews and reporting.Manages project risks and requirements by integrating and controlling all activities and deliverables.
Reporting, Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Maintains quality, technical, and delivery metrics throughout all PROLaunch phases.Delivers periodic Program Status Reports (Green/Yellow/Red) on milestones and high-risk areas.Supports business proposal development and annual Roadmapping event execution.Acts as the PROLaunch champion, overseeing planning, assessments, and training.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
