Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15+ years of extensive experience in Program and Delivery Management in life sciences, pharma, and SAP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and optimizing resource allocation. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex programs within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep programs on track. • Communicate program status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines throughout the program lifecycle. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in program management within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. • Proven expertise in SAP implementation and integration, with a strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to the industry. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until May 6th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $104,850 to $191,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
