As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, working diligently to ensure efficiency and alignment with goal initiatives. No weekends or holidays.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop and conduct research protocols and publish research papers within scientific journals. + Oversee RT research activities performed by RT caregivers/others- obtain IRB approvals and ensure IRB compliance. + Represent Cleveland Clinic at AARC Conference (poster presentation, lectures). + Conduct Device testing + Coordinate the RespiratoryJournal Club + Participate in respiratory therapy protocol development + Coordinate RT CRCE lecture Series + Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community. + Manage multiple projects and priorities. + Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers. + Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR Master's Degree and five years of related experience + Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + RRT credentialing through the NBRC + RCP licensure through the State of Ohio Medical Board + Previous and/or current critical care experience + Experience in Respiratory Research and the Institutional Review Board of Research process Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
