Position Overview:

Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.
Multi-disciplinary collaboration with medical and operational leaders.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience.Epic Strongly PreferredClinic Onboarding Experience Strongly PreferredExperience with Developing and Implementing Standard Work Strongly Preferred


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.

Pay Range is $63.46 to $95.19 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
