What You’ll Be DoingReporting directly into the Executive Director, Solution Delivery Services within Global Services, you will primarily focus on doing the work right and ensuring that the program delivers strategic value for the intended benefits through effective alignment to the organization goals, integration, and control of a project’s activities.

Program Planning: Developing a comprehensive program plan, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders, establishing effective communication channels, and managing their expectations.Team Coordination: Building and leading project teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating collaboration among team members.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Budget and Resource Management: Overseeing the program budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.Quality Assurance: Establishing quality standards, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that projects adhere to established processes and industry best practices.Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular updates to stakeholders, preparing program reports, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.Your Basic QualificationsA bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administrationAt least 7 years of experience in managing IT programs is required. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$123,000 - $180,400Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
