Program Manager III - Chief of Staff

The Program Manager III will help drive major strategic projects for the Clinical Affairs - Chief of Staff department. A caregiver in this role oversees the implementation and ongoing management of designated programs, including the development and maintenance of systems and procedures. Serves as a liaison between the department and external stakeholders. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members and contributes to the departmental budgeting process. **A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs. + Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures. + Act as liaison between the department and outside communities. + Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. + Assist with the budgetary process. + Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities. + Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. + Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of related experience OR Master's Degree and four years of experience + Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development + Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities + Strong presentation, communication and training skills Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred. + A minimum of five years of related experience; health care preferred. + Master's degree preferred. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
