The Program Manager III will help drive major strategic projects for the institute. A caregiver in this role oversees the implementation and ongoing management of designated programs, including the development and maintenance of systems and procedures. Serves as a liaison between the department and external stakeholders. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members and contributes to the departmental budgeting process. **A caregiver in this position works weekdays, 8:00am-5:00pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. + Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. + Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. + Allocate time to meet completion requirements. + Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. + Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field + Five years of related experience in healthcare settings + OR Master's degree and four years of experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Experience with project management and IT project oversight, business plan proposals, communication and change control + Prior healthcare experience. + Multi-faceted project management experience (i.e.: managing several projects at one time).
