Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments. + Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware. Preferred qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Science or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations, or a similar field. + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + 5 years of experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations. + Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.
