As Program Manager II, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Nurse Residency and Nurse Associate Extern Programs. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and numerous development resources. You will gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management.  

 

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

Allocate time to meet completion requirements.  

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting 

Experience in large-scale data management in Microsoft Excel, including compiling data from multiple sources to support program evaluation and metric tracking  

Strong attention to detail, ability to identify trends and flag outliers to ensure data integrity 

Ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible, and actionable insights 

Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various stakeholders and present information in a timely and impactful manner 

Experience supporting program growth through return-on-investment analysis

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
