Summary: Our client is seeking two highly experienced Program Managers to join in Birmingham to lead two mission-critical workstreams. The Program Manager will work in a highly visible, fast-paced, and agile environment that requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and an unwavering focus on outcomes and metrics. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and agile delivery resources to ensure successful delivery of strategic banking solutions. Responsibilities: * Lead strategic programs related to the modernization of core deposit systems * Serve as a trusted liaison between program teams and senior leadership * Drive end-to-end program delivery with a focus on agile KPIs including velocity, cycle time, and throughput * Partner with Scrum Masters, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to align execution with strategic objectives * Oversee the migration of banking systems to modern cloud-based architectures * Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, allocate resources, and resolve delivery risks * Provide executive-level reporting and updates, ensuring clarity on progress, blockers, and value realization * Facilitate continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and agile best practices * Maintain ownership of assigned programs from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review
