Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience in procurement or purchasing management. + Experience with procurement software or ERP software (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.). Preferred qualifications: + 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience working with external partners in manufacturing or supply chains. + Experience in leadership and team management skills to co-ordinate across external and internal partners. + Excellent communication skills. Separately maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies. + Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders. + Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
