In this role, you will bolster reporting around new launch risks including weekly project updates, drive parity in documentation processes across all the last mile business unit within WWE&I org, and take on additional special projects, including compiling documents for deep-dive request and producing executive level reporting. An effective Launch Program Manager is committed to supporting core organizational pillars by focusing their efforts in five strategic areas: (1) Business Enablement, (2) Launch Delivery, (3) Standardization & Compliance, (4) Process Benchmarking, Parity & Improvement, and (5) Strategic Growth. By concentrating on these areas, the LPM will drive organizational excellence contributing to ongoing success through:
• Lead multiple stakeholder teams to develop site level project timelines.
• Solve complex problems that pose risk to project delivery and key milestones through inquisitive deep dives with stakeholder Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
• Clearly communicate project and program issues and challenges to senior leaders in writing and via in-person/ remote meetings.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with business partners and stakeholders
